ACCOUNT QUESTIONS:

1. HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE PEEKSHOWS NETWORK?
Joining the PeekShows Network is a very quick and secure process. By clicking on the Join Now icon you will be sent to a secured membership sign up page for the first step. At this step, simply fill in your e-mail address, then choose your username and password. This only grants you access to certain aspects of the network. Full access is available by completing the Premium Membership sign up process. In this step, you would complete the membership form by supplying the corresponding billing information that your financial institution has on record for you.

A MEMBERSHIP ON THE PEEKSHOWS NETWORK IS FREE.
Your card is not charged any hidden or membership fees.

WHY IS MY NEW MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD? HOW DO I GET MY MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATED?
More then likely you have a message attached to your new PeekShows Membership stating that you need to contact Customer Support to open your new account. To minimize the potential of internet fraud or unauthorized usage of customers debit or credit card we do a three tiered verification process:

1. Once you have completed the sign-up process to activate your new account you can contact Customer Support and verbally to verify the information that was provided. Or you can use our Automated Phone Verification . This is to ensure the safety of the card holders information. Also to stop and catch fraudulent account information that is trying to be passed.

2. After Customer Support is done verifying the information with you, they proceed to call either Merchant Services or the actual issuing bank or card company. Again this is to make sure that the information is error free and that the customer is the actual one that is authorizing the creation and purchasing on the membership. If for some reason your card company or bank does not participate in Third Party Verifications we do have an alternative for that type of situation. The Credit Card Authorization Form is a form that has been a proved by our Merchant Banking company as a form of verification. By following the directions on the form new members can send this in via E-mail, USPS or fax and then Customer Support would then be able open your new membership for you to make and authorize purchases. As an added bonus, if you call or send the Authorization Form as a new member there is a one time offer of 1500 free tokens, a $29.75 dollar value that would be credited to your account as a gesture to say THANK YOU for becoming a Network member.
3. HOW DO I RECEIVE THE 1500 FREE TOKEN CREDIT TO MY NEW MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT?
All first time users on the website are eligible to receive 1500 free tokens upon signing up and verifying your account Provided everything on your account matches what the bank has on file for you and you are a first time user, you will receive a credit of 1500 FREE tokens just for signing up!!

4. HOW DO I CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT?
Contact our customer support department via phone or through our Live Help. If you are unable to contact us by phone or Live Help please send an e-mail to support@peekshows.com including your Username and full name. On the Account Info Page, you are also able to change information such as your billing address and e-mail address.
5. HOW DO I MAKE A TOKEN PURCHASE?
Once your account is activated login and click on the link for Buy Tokens. On this page, click on the drop-down box and select the card that you are wishing to purchase tokens with. Once this is done, select the amount of tokens that you would like to purchase and enter your 3 digit CVV number. Click on the submit button. Please be patient for the request to go through. You will be prompted with whether or not the purchase was approved or declined. If the page times out, it is possible that a firewall, anti virus, or a popup blocker program has blocked the cookie that we have tried to send to your computer and didn't allow the purchase.
6. ARE THERE ALTERNATE WAYS TO PURCHASE TOKENS OTHER THAN A CREDIT CARD?
As a customer, you have more than one option of purchasing tokens. Credit or Debit Cards are the most standard form, however we do also offer online check purchases. To be able to make check purchases, you must first have an activated account under a valid Credit or Debit Card, and you will then be able to make one check purchase per day. Also, you may send money orders for tokens. For more information on money orders or token pricing, please click on the Buy Tokens link after you have signed in as a member. To view our bulk token prices, please login and click the Bulk Tokens link.
7. HOW DO I REDEEM REWARD POINTS?
Whenever you make a credit card purchase you receive 1 point for every dollar that you spend. Once you have 2500 points or more in your account, you are able to redeem the 2500 points for 1500 tokens. This is a special bonus that Peekshows offers it's customers. To check your point balance and to redeem your points for tokens, click here Rewards Points This page will show you how many points you have and give you the option to redeem these points if you have more than 2500 points. Click on the drop-down box, choose how many points you would like to redeem, and then click on the "Redeem" button.
8. I CANNOT REMEMBER MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you can not remember your password you can Click Here and your password will be e-mailed to the address that was entered on the membership information page. You are more then welcome to also contact customer support at any time via

and they will be able to provide you with the information you need. If however you have forgotten your user name and password you would need to call customer support to obtain the information. The support staff will need to verify the information provided so that we can ensure that no fraudulent activity happens on our network and our customers information remains safe.

9. HOW DOES THE BANK AND WALLET FEATURE WORK?
Once you have tokens, you have the option of keeping some in your "wallet" or in your "bank". Tokens stored in your wallet will be used for purchasing private shows. Tokens in your bank will not be used until you move them to your wallet. This feature can be handy if you do not want a model to see how many tokens you have when you enter in a private show. Also, it will help you save some tokens for future use. To transfer tokens between your wallet and bank, you can click on the link for
Transfer Tokens on the Buy Tokens Page.
10. HOW DO I GET A SHOW WITH A MODEL?
Once you have tokens and would like to get a private show. Login, click on Live Nude Chat, and choose the model that you would like to get a show with. Next click on the button under her sexcam video labeled "Click here to get a private show". You will be prompted for which type of show you want to get. Private Show or Voyeur Show. Choose "Private Show" or if she is already in a "Private Show" you can choose "Voyeur Show" to peek in on the action
11. HOW WILL MY CHARGES SHOW UP ON MY STATEMENTS, AND WHO CAN I CONTACT WITH A BILLING DISPUTE?
When you make a debit or credit card purchase on the network it WILL NOT show up as www.peekshows.com, what you will see on your statement is BROADCASTING CONCEPTS INC. the parent company name of the PeekShows Network. If at any time you have a question about your purchase history or have a dispute with a charge, please feel free to contact the
Billing Department during regular business hours 9am-5pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) or E-mail billing@1bci.com. If you send a E-mail during non business hours you will receive a response the on next business day.


TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

1. IS AOL OR DIAL UP CONNECTIONS COMPATIBLE WITH THE PEEKSHOWS NETWORK?
There may be a chance you will have problems receiving sexcams video, chat, and/or getting shows. If you are using AOL, an easy way to avoid complications is to MINIMIZE AOL, and access the website using Microsoft Internet Explorer. To minimize AOL, look in the upper right hand corner you will see an X icon, a square icon, and an underscore _ icon. Click on the underscore to minimize AOL. Once this is done, on your desktop, or in your Start Menu, look for a blue E labeled 'Internet Explorer'. Open Internet Explorer and access our website using this program. 3. WHAT BROWSERS ARE SUPPORTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

3. I GET THE MESSAGE "FORBIDDEN" WHEN I LOGIN TO THE WEBSITE?
If you receive the message "Forbidden" when you try to logon to the website, you are either using AOL to access our website, or you have entered your Username and or Password incorrectly too many times. If you are using AOL to access our website, please minimize AOL, and access our website through Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer and still receive this error message, please contact us via Live Help so that we can go over your account information with you.

4. I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE VIDEO OR CHAT IN ANY OF THE MODELS ROOMS?
If you are experiencing problems receiving video or chat in the models rooms the most likely cause is a firewall, anti virus, or a popup blocker program. These programs can block the ports that our website uses to stream video to your computer. Please as a test, disable these programs and see if you can then receive video. If this does not work you may need to download the newest version of Adobe Flash Player.

5. I WAS KICKED FROM A MODELS ROOM, WHY IS THIS?
If you were kicked from a models room, either the model or an administrator found your behavior offensive, and removed your name from the room to prevent abuse to the model. Being kicked will prevent you from chatting with the models momentarily, and you will have to refresh the page to get back into the chat rooms. Models control the mood of their rooms and have the ability to kick you from their room if they find your behavior rude. If the behavior is extreme enough, the model can request that you be banned from the website. If you feel that their actions, or an administrators actions were unjust, please contact Customer Support via Live Help with details of the event so that we can help look into the problem. As a general rule however, please try to treat the models with respect and common courtesy to prevent these problems.

6. I GET SENT TO GOOGLE.COM WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN TO THE WEBSITE?
If you login to the website and it sends you to www.google.com, this means you have been banned from our website. Either an administrator or model found your behavior in the chat offensive enough to remove your access to the website. We usually have a detailed record of why this occurred, and if you feel this action was unjust, please contact our Customer Support via

so that we can assist you with the problem. Your account can be unbanned provided the reason for being banned was not extreme enough, but if you have previous history of being banned on the website you will not be allowed back.

7. WHEN I TRY TO VIEW A MODELS GALLERY IMAGES, I GET A RED X OR OTHER ERROR?
If you are trying to view a models gallery Images and the images are not displaying correctly, the most likely cause for this is a firewall, anti virus, or popup blocker program. These images act similar to a "popup" and some programs might stop the images from being displayed on your computer. Please as a test disable any programs you have that might be blocking popups or cookies, and try once more. If this does not fix your problem, contact Customer Support via Live Help so that we can assist you with this problem.
